Important Notice

Important Notice for Colleges regarding Change of Programme/College
All colleges are requested to kindly note the following procedure in case a student wishes to change their programme or college:
1. Change of Programme (within the same college):
If a student wishes to change their programme (e.g., from B.A. to B.Com or any other), they must apply again using a new form number.
The college must cancel the student’s previous admission before granting admission to the new programme.
The fee details of the earlier programme can be mentioned under Offline Fees Details in the new form.
2. Change of College:
If a student wishes to change their college, they must apply to the new college using a new form number.
The previous college must cancel the admission first.
Only after cancellation, the new college (with the new form number) can grant admission to the student.
All colleges are requested to strictly follow the above process to avoid duplication and ensure smooth admission records.

उच्च स्तर प्राप्त निर्देशों के क्रम में राज्य में आपदा के दृष्टिगत कुमाऊँ विश्विद्यालय, श्रीदेव सुमन विश्विद्यालय एवं सोबन सिंह जीना विश्वविद्यालय एवं सम्बद्ध महाविद्यालयों में स्नातक एवं स्नातकोत्तर प्रवेश प्रक्रिया से वंचित छात्र - छात्राओं को अंतिम अवसर प्रदान करते हुए प्रवेश पंजीकरण हेतु समर्थ पोर्टल दिनांक 17 सितम्बर 2025 से 19 सितम्बर 2025 रात्रि 11:55 बजे तक पुनः ओपन किया जा रहा है।
उच्च शिक्षण संस्थान द्वारा सम्बंधित विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा स्वीकृत एवं रिक्त सीटों के सापेक्ष ही स्नातक एवं स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश प्रदान किया जायेगा एवं छात्रों द्वारा प्रवेश एवं शुल्क भुगतान हेतु अंतिम तिथि 20 सितम्बर 2025 है ।
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया इस सम्बन्ध में आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करें तथा अपंजीकृत एवं अप्रवेशित विद्यार्थियों को अवगत कराने का कष्ट करें।
(नोट - उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों में प्रवेश पंजीकरण एवं प्रवेश साथ साथ भी किया जा सकता है )

Welcome to Indira Priyadarshini Government Girls PG College of Commerce

Govt. Girls’ PG College of Commerce, Haldwani, affiliated to Kumaun University, Nainital was established on 31st March 1996 at Nawabi Road, Haldwani as a result of the long-cherished demand of local people and public representatives. It was later on rechristened as Indira Priyadarshini Govt. Girls’ PG College of Commerce and has got the credit of being the first and theonly Govt. Girls’ PG College in Uttarakhand. This college had commenced its journey with 85 students and seven subjects in Arts. In 2001 and 2005 Commerce and Science were also started respectively.
